We offer Free Shipping in the US for all orders over $150
All orders placed within the United States will be delivered within 3-5 business days (unless otherwise noted on specific products). Please allow for up to 24 hours for your order to be processed. You will receive an email as soon as your order goes out for shipping.
Can I get it sooner?
Of course! For US customers, expedited shipping (2-3 business days) is available for $20.00 and overnight shipping (1-2 business days) is available for $50.00. For Canada, expedited shipping (2-3 business days) is available for $40.00. Just select the option you prefer at checkout.
Can I make a return or exchange?
Our Return / Exchange / Refund Policy
We want you to love our designs! . If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please submit your request with your order number to firstname.lastname@example.org
A customer service representative will review your request, and if approved, will issue an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization Number). Please mark the outside of your returned package with this RMA number as well as adding a note inside detailing the reason for the return so that we can process your request in a timely manner.
New and unworn apparel can be exchanged within 14 days.
After 14 days , we will offer store credit or exchange for any returned merchandise. Items must be unworn and unwashed.
** Note: As of 3/19/2020, due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, we have extended our 14 Day return policy to 30 Days after you receive your order until further notice. **
Items purchased during a Sale can only be exchanged or returned for store credit. All items noted as Final Sale, or masks cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return and exchange requests are processed Monday through Friday and credits will be issued to the original payment method or gift card. Please note, you are responsible for the product until it reaches us. If you are returning for a refund, you will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued. If you are returning for an exchange, we will send the requested item to you after receiving the item you are returning. Heidi Hess is not responsible for tracking your credit with your financial institution. Please give the process up to ten (10) business days to arrive in your account after the refund has been processed.

Can I order outside of the United States?
Yes! We ship worldwide. Currently, shipping is free for Canada on orders over $175 . under $175 We charge $25 for standard shipping to Canada and $40 for expedited shipping. We charge a flat fee of $39 for ground shipping to all other international countries. We do not cover any customs fees and duties for all countries.
